Meet Tania Goodman

Owner Tania Goodman has over 21 years of experience, and she began working in the home improvement industry in 1996. After marrying a roofer, Tania dove into the contracting industry and learned all she could about installation, materials, and the contracting process. Soon, she and her husband created a roofing company together. For some, this would be the ultimate achievement, but for Tania, she was far from done.

Each year she made great improvements to the business, and within no time “Majestic Roofing” became “Majestic Exteriors”, which services all of Monmouth County for roofing, siding, windows, doors, masonry, and trimwork. A company of 2 people with a dream transformed into a company of 60+ full-time employees.

Tania’s work has been awarded with a number of accolades throughout her career thus far. In 2014, she earned a spot with“The Big 50 Award” as a result of her industry expertise, business judgment, professionalism, and financial success. Two years later, she earned national recognition from CertainTeed with the “Remodel of the Year Award” for a complete exterior renovation on a home in Holmdel, NJ.

In addition, Tania has earned and maintains the following accreditations: Certainteed 5 Star Contractor, Certainteed “Select” Shinglemaster, BBB Accredited Member, Timbertech Gold Level Contractor, Andersen Certified Contractor, James Hardie Preferred Contractor, Vinyl Siding Institute Certified, Best in Houzz from 2015-2022, and GuildMaster Award Winner from 2017-2022.

In a male-dominated industry, Tania consistently sets herself apart from the competition. There is always initial shock from homeowners, other contractors, or industry representatives upon realizing that Majestic Exteriors is a female-owned & operated company, but their surprise soon turns into appreciation for Tania’s passion and wealth of knowledge. Tania’s expertise and attention to detail are not often found in other contractors.

Tanie’s goal is not only to deliver products and workmanship of the highest quality, but also to provide homeowners with a transformation that exceeds their expectations. With each project, she goes above and beyond to deliver a remodel that leaves homeowners falling in love with their house all over again.
